60s tribute show
We’ve been so busy this year, I just haven’t had time to tell you about the awesome show we did here a few weeks ago…
I know, pretty ahhhh-mazing right. I’m pretty confident in saying that this is one of the largest theatres at sea, and we were performing here! We had a long sound check as we really wanted to get the sound just right, and before we knew it the curtains were down and we were getting ready to go on. We spent some time backstage warming up and getting ready for the show.
The curtains were up and The Zoots were on! Here are some photos from the show.

Thank you so much to everyone who sent in your pictures from the show.
We had a couple of special guests (Juan from Spain and Betty from New York) from the audience to perform with us on ‘Gimme Some Lovin‘ and ‘You Really Got Me‘.
I loved this shot our drummer Simon snapped of Jamie from behind the drum kit. The lights and venue were amazing!
We completed our set but the crowd cried out for more, so we headed back on stage for a couple more numbers.

The whole crowd in the packed theatre were up on their feet for our last number, rock ‘n’ roll medley.
At the end of the show we were took a bow. It was one of the biggest shows of the year!
We then had some photos taken with our brilliant volunteers, Liam the sound guy and some of our fans.
Thank you so much to all The Zoots – Harriet, Tommy, Simon and Ben for doing a fab job! It was an amazing experience to perform at the Royal Theatre.
