As a band we get to travel around alot and we get to see some lovely places, recently we’ve been to Kusadasi, La Coruna, Split, Lisbon and The Azores. It is a brilliant journey and we are having a great time, we just need to remember to tell everyone about it!
We were looking forward to playing at The Metropolis Theater, I particularly like it because of the LED backdrop and love to see The Zoots in lights! It makes me realise why I started performing music in the first place. I remember being in class at school and drawing a picture in the back of a text book of a stage and how I’d want it to look when I grew up. Well here it is in real life.
There really is no substitute for hard work but it sure makes it taste so much sweeter when a long term plan comes together! I am very grateful to everyone involved in the whole process from the band to the crew, the booking agent to the people that book our flights. Every little step really matters and I am thankful to everyone involved. Everyone in the audience is a huge help, we have been sent so many fabulous photos of our shows and we really appreciate it!
Here is great video we were sent by Donna Pursey of Build me up buttercup.
Every show we do we seem to meet wonderful people who really enjoy watching us and we get so many positive comments about the high energy of the show and how involved people felt.
We are enjoying the shows and are looking forward to a very busy Xmas period. Next week we are travelling to Muscat, Sallalah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We can’t wait!
