The Zoots were lucky enough to be involved in the 2025 Newbury Christmas Lights switch on. Thanks to Ben Martin who plays bass with The Zoots occasionally, including New Years Eve in Seaton, Santa Pod Festival and at Eastbourne Pavilion. He’s a lovely guy and we’ve known him a few years. Good Vibes were asked to help organise a huge Christmas Lights Switch on and Ben very kindly suggested The Zoots. We spoke to the organisers and the date was set!
We had no idea the concert would be so big and it was such an honour to be headlining the show and a whole week of entertainment across Newbury.
